October 2023, I went to Dr. Arevalo's office from a VA recommendation. I have been suffering from lower back pain for more than 30 years. The good doc popped my back and I immediately experienced some relief. I was able to pickup my knee almost to my chest and was able to walk much better. Everytime I leave this office, I feel better and have less pain. I highly recommend him. Please don't suffer when you don't have to. He can help you and you won't find a nicer and more relaxing atmosphere than his office. Staff is very good and treat you like gold. Don't wait. Don't suffer. Super doctor and staff. Most relaxing experience that I have ever had at a doctor's office. Doctor was super knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me. I had accupuncture and had no fear whatsoever. I didn't even know he had used the first couple of needles. It was that smooth. HIs staff was great. They treat you with great respect and dignity. I was waiting on my wife and they took me to a room with several recliners and put a heated massager on my back while I waited. There were several others in this room. My session was already over and they still did this. I really admire them for all that they do. I don't think you will ever find a better doctor than Dr. Arevalo or a better staff than his. I highly recommend them. Don't sit and suffer all day. Go to his office and let him help you. You will be glad you did. Don't be scared of the needles either. They don't hurt just a very small pinch sometimes. Otherwise, you might even feel them. He is definitely a 5 star operatioin. Thanks Dr. Arevalo.

This was my first time being to a chiropractor and it was such a good experience. I was a bit nervous but the staff including the doctor answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I left feeling like I was a whole new person after being adjusted for the first time and cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Excellent work. Total organization of entire staff. Never is a patient having to wait in limbo. all veterans come first to this clinic. They treat us with honor. This staff is always aware of your treatment process. This clinic is concerned about having us wait in the office for 3 to 4 hours to get all the money they can get. Dr. Joseph arevelo does not play musical rooms with his patients. This method is the norm for all medical institutions. This office does not hered us in like cattle with no regard to appointment time tables. We all have different time appts but they have all of us to come in with no regard to social distancing. They treat us like family. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to start my therapy.i love all of them. If u are a veteran I challenge you to prove wrong. At Dr. Arevelos office there is no hurry up and wait like they do at all medical offices in the us. If your back is hurting and u need therapy please come visit with us and u will realize what u were missing. Please give them an opportunity to confirm what I have been saying .reception is beautiful,waiting area is calm and short lived. I wish I could see them every day then and only then I would be a happy camper. I want to invite all my friends fellow paratroopers and rangers from the 82nd &,135th ranger corp chapter in Harlingen tx to come and visit with Dr. Arevelos receptionist and u will be amazed. With her cheerful reception skills. The entire staff is always so happy Because they never bring to work unhappiness from the world. If I could give this office 6 stars for excellence I would.

It's hard to find a place that has excellent customer service and Dr. Arevlo's staff genuinely cares. Minimal wait time. Dr. Arevlo has a gift. I've worked in the physical therapy environment so every chiro that would treat patients would adjust me. My lower back is very difficult to adjust but Dr. Arevalo gets it everytime!! Not to mention he performs the Y-Strap and if you've never had it done I highly recommend it. So far he's the only one here in the valley that I know of!!

It was ok. The pain o was feeling is a little more serious. I think I need more attention from my Dr. You were able to relieve the pain in the back hip down my the back of my leg and but the by time I got to my car the pain was in the front part of my leg up to the groin area and front hip on both left and right. It's extremely painful. I take an ibuprofen every 4 to 5 hrs. can't stand the pain. Can't sleep also. I'm sorry to say this but really think it's more serious. Thank for your help.

Today was my first visit and I felt instant relief! I served in the military for 12yrs, carrying a tremendous amount of weight with my aid bag and ruck sac, so throughout the years I felt as though my neck and back were being compressed.
