Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to support our clinical team. This role involves hands-on, non-adjustive manual therapy techniques under the delegation and supervision of our licensed chiropractor. You will be trained in specific soft tissue protocols, mobility techniques, and therapeutic support services to help clients recover, relax, and restore optimal movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform delegated manual therapy and soft tissue techniques (no spinal adjustments)
- Assist with patient warm-ups, stretches, and guided rehab exercises
- Set up therapy modalities such as hot/cold packs, muscle stimulation, or decompression tables
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and assist in documenting care
- Support clinical flow and ensure a comfortable, professional patient experience
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of therapy rooms and equipment
- Participate in ongoing in-house training and clinical development
Qualifications:
- Interest in wellness, chiropractic care, fitness, or rehabilitation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow protocols and receive ongoing clinical training
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- CPR certification (preferred but not required)
